Real-time Cooperative VR systems project & 1-day workshop at HKU

With the QESS funding project on the development of real-time cooperative Virtual Reality CAVE and HMD systems for collaborative learning, project team members and developers from The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK), Chu Hai College of Higher Education (CHCHE) and Hong Kong University Space (HKU Space), together with the University of Hong Kong (HKU) have organised a one-day Workshop on Votanic VR on 27 August 2021 (Friday). This workshop demonstrated the Unity SDK on collaborative VR as well as the functionalities of VotanicVR. The project team also carried out testings on the VR scenes for collaborative learning in the theme of Logistics, Heritage and Journalism. A group photo has been taken at the CAVE in the laboratory.
