Best Project Award prize ceremony on Sustainable Development Goal in Virtual Reality  
A prize ceremony of student project competition on sustainability development goad (SDG) in virtual reality is held on 30 April 2019 (Tuesday) in Virtual Reality Centre (VRC). The event is organised by Virtual Reality Centre and supported by Institute for Youth Sustainability Leadership. The aim of the competition is to motivate students to aware and understand various SDGs, evaluate the needs to consider the SDG in Hong Kong and implement virtual reality interactive scenes in promoting the SDG to the young generations. Dr. Cheung Pui Sze, Associate Director of IYSL, Mr. Vincent Lam, instructor of Virtual Reality for Soceity module, and Dr. Eugene Wong, Director of Virtual Reality Centre have presented the prize to the students who win the Best Project Award in the two semesters of 2018/19. Guests and students have experience the winning SDG VR projects after the ceremony. Together with other excellence projects with topics like SDG1 No Poverty and SDG4 Quality Education, these projects will be enhanced and exhibited in the coming SDG or virtual reality events.
